This 11-day journey combines three of Northern Pakistan's most legendary
destinations in a single itinerary — Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat Base Camp
and Hunza Valley — covering everything from high-altitude trekking to
Karakoram Highway sightseeing and centuries-old fort culture.

THE DESTINATIONS
Fairy Meadows (3,300m) is a lush alpine plateau directly beneath Nanga Parbat
(8,126m) — Pakistan's highest peak and the 9th highest in the world. German mountaineers named it "Märchenwiese" — Fairy Tale Meadows —
locally it is known as Joot. In 1868, a local hunter discovered the meadows
while tracking ibex and purchased the entire area for just 14 rupees and a
12-gauge gun — a story still told by guides today.
Nanga Parbat — nicknamed the "Killer Mountain" for its brutal climbing
history — is locally called Diamir, meaning "King of Mountains." From
Fairy Meadows, the peak commonly mistaken for the summit is actually the
North Peak (7,816m) — the true 8,126m summit stays hidden behind the North
Peak's massif and the Silver Saddle. Along the trek to base camp, you'll
also see Raikot Peak (7,070m) and Ganalo Peak (6,608m).
The road from Raikot Bridge to Tato Village was ranked by the World Health
Organization in 2013 as one of the most dangerous roads on the planet —
part of what makes reaching Fairy Meadows itself an adventure.
Hunza Valley (2,500m) — home to Karimabad, Baltit and Altit — is reached via
the legendary point where the Karakoram, Himalaya and Hindu Kush mountain
ranges converge at a single spot on the highway. The tour includes Baltit
Fort, a 700-year-old fortress on UNESCO's Tentative World Heritage list, and
continues to Khunjerab Pass (4,693m) — the highest paved international
border crossing on Earth — along with Attabad Lake, Hussaini Suspension
Bridge and the Passu Cones.

DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
Day 01 – Arrive Islamabad (500m)
Welcome at the airport, transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour: Faisal Mosque, Margalla Hills. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 02 – Islamabad to Chilas (1,200m)
Drive the Karakoram Highway, stopping at Shatial rock carvings. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 03 – Chilas to Fairy Meadows (3,306m)
Drive to Tato Village, jeep transfer and trek to Fairy Meadows. First views of Nanga Parbat's north face. Accommodation: Guesthouse.
Day 04 – Nanga Parbat Base Camp (3,900m) — Tour Highlight
The most anticipated day of the journey. Trek from Fairy Meadows to Nanga Parbat Base Camp, standing directly beneath the Raikot Face of the world's 9th highest mountain. Free time for photography at the base camp before returning to Beyal Camp (3,550m) for the night. Accommodation: Huts.
Day 05 – Beyal Camp to Karimabad, Hunza (2,500m)
Drive back to Chilas, continuing to Karimabad. Stop at the meeting point of three mountain ranges, lunch at the Rakaposhi viewpoint. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 06–07 – Karimabad & Khunjerab Pass (4,693m)
Full day touring Attabad Lake, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Passu Cones, Sust Dry Port, Khunjerab Pass, and Altit & Baltit Forts. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 08 – Hunza to Gilgit via Naltar Valley
Jeep excursion to Naltar Valley, then continue to Gilgit. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 09 – Gilgit to Chilas/Besham
Return drive along the Karakoram Highway. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 10 – Chilas to Islamabad
Final return drive. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 11 – Departure
Transfer to Islamabad Airport.
